How to Administer the Rapid Test
Students who test NEGATIVE:
• No further action is required
• Do not upload to Daily Pass
• Attend school
Students who test POSITIVE:
• Isolate immediately/DO NOT attend school
• Contact a doctor to make a plan for care, and
• On a separate paper, write down the following information and take a picture with the result of the test displayed.
1. Full legal name,
2. Date of birth,
3. Test date,
4. Last date on site (if applicable), and
5. “POSITIVE”
• Upload to dailypass.lausd.net (picture of the daily pass)
